Speaking

Bringing the examined life to your stage.

Not motivation. Not self-help. A conversation that leaves your audience seeing something they can't unsee.

The Philosophy

The best talks don't inform. They disturb.

Every talk I give starts from the same place. The conviction that most people, and most organizations, are operating from a first draft they never consciously chose. A story assembled from convention, pressure, and inherited belief rather than deliberate authorship.

The work isn't to inspire your audience. Inspiration fades. The work is to make them see something with such precision that they can't go back to not seeing it. That's what changes behavior. That's what changes organizations.

I speak at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience, identity, and narrative strategy. Whether the audience is a leadership team, a conference room, or an arena, the question is always the same. Are you living and leading from a first draft or a second one?

Keynote Topics

Three talks. One philosophy.

01

The First Draft Organization

How companies, like people, operate from inherited narratives that no longer serve them. The strategies, the positioning, the internal language — all assembled before anyone stopped to question whether they were chosen or just inherited. This talk gives leadership teams the framework and the permission to examine what they're actually building from.

Best for: Leadership teams, executive offsites, strategy conferences

02

Words as Architecture

The specific language an organization uses internally and externally is either building authority or quietly eroding it. Most companies treat narrative as a marketing problem. The ones commanding their markets understand it as an identity problem. This talk gives audiences a precise framework for auditing and rewriting the language that shapes their reality.

Best for: Marketing leaders, brand conferences, sales organizations

03

The Second Draft Leader

What the examined life looks like in practice for people carrying significant responsibility. The intersection of identity, authorship, and leadership at the highest level. For the leader who has achieved everything they were supposed to achieve and is quietly questioning what it means and what comes next.

Best for: Executive audiences, leadership development programs, CEO forums
